Married on the 18th of June, Johnny and Connie’s elopement wedding ceremony got us a little high on love. As a team of professional wedding photographer and videographer, we couldn’t be happier either to be able to capture weddings again after few months of outbreak.
The lovely couple originally planned their wedding at Immerse at Yarra Valley, due to the covid-19 outbreak, they had to postpone the wedding party to the end of this year. However, they decide what was planned should happen, that’s how the elopement wedding ceremony come into life at their home in Melbourne. What’s also decided was the wedding videography, the couple wanted this whole ceremony to be recorded so the final wedding highlights can be played on their wedding at the end of this year.
As a wedding videographer that has done couple elopement weddings in Melbourne, I would admit the experience of shooting wedding videography is very much different between a normal wedding and an elopement wedding. Because on a normal wedding, you would have everything such as location, ceremony well planned. So it can be a little bit challenging to a shoot elopement as it definitely requires more control from the videographer.
The couple chose their house as their wedding ceremony location and when I first arrived at their home, the beautiful backyard instantly attracted me for some candid wedding videography. So after a few decoration shots then I bring the couple out on the lawn for some candid wedding videography.
Although only few guests attended due to majority of their relatives can’t travel here due to the restrictions, their intimate wedding ceremony went smoothly with lots of laughter and heartfelt moments.
Thank you Johnny and Connie for this wonderful opportunity to feature our wedding videographer prior to your wedding reception in Melbourne.
